Spence Wins 5th Ladder

Barry Spence consolidated his lead at the top of the Championship Table by winning the season's 5th Ladder. Kenny Beggs was 2nd, Joe McRoberts 3rd and Eoin Adams 4th. There was a turnout of nine, which added an extra competitive edge to the evening's play, with four players still in the running going into the last session. Alistair Morrison had a good night but his 0-2 defeat to Barry in the final match was the difference between a 1st and 5th place finish, just ahead of Northern Ireland Champion, Davy Clegg who had to settle for 6th. It was good to see Alan Darragh at the club for the first time.
