Kenny Beggs opened up an 8-point lead after winning all six of his matches on the day & beating closest rival, Gary Moore, 5-1. Gary also lost to John Moore, who had a good day, winning four out of five matches. Davy Clegg remains in 3rd place, despite having some bad results. Shock of the day was Andy Fitzpatrick's 2-1 win over Barry Spence.
